2025 Conference Vendor Application
Vendors! We want YOU!
The Contemporary Handweavers of Texas is looking for a few good vendors for its biennial conference that will take place at the Hilton College Station beginning May 22, 2025, and ending May 25, 2025. Learn more about the conference here.
Our workshops at the conference will bring in spinners, dyers, floor loom weavers, rigid heddle weavers, basket weavers and more! Your customers and the public are also welcome to shop in our vendor hall!
Who: We are looking for 10 to 12 vendors who will offer supplies and equipment to support the classes that are being offered as well as other interesting wares such as buttons, beads, baskets, bags, and items that make our attendees’ hearts sing!
Cost: The projected cost of a 10’ x 10’ vendor booth will be a one time fee of $160. Electricity is an additional $70 flat fee.
Tentative Vending Schedule:
- Thursday, May 22: Morning and early afternoon check in and and set-up
- Thursday, May 22: 4:30 through 6:30 Vendor Hall Open (subject to change if vendors are set up earlier than 4:30)
- Friday, May 23: Vendor Hall open from 10:00 a.m. until 6:00
- Saturday, May 24: Vendor booths open 10:00 until 3:00 pm
- Saturday, May 24: Afternoon and evening tear down and pack up
