CHT CONFERENCE VOLUNTEER JOBS

Thank you for your willingness to volunteer during the conference. As a 100% volunteer organization, we appreciate everyone who takes an active role in our conference. You can help us make assignments that work well with your schedule and interests by taking a moment to complete this form.

Please check ALL positions you where you would be willing to serve. Assignments are typically 1 ½ – 2 hours in length. Descriptions of the volunteer duties are available here.

Registration Table Members' Exhibit Sitting Fashion Show & Teachers Exhibit Sitting CHT Members’ Sale Table Support for Members' Exhibit or Fashion Show Judging Fashion Show Model Fashion Show Backstage Meals: Tickets Takers Meals: Door Prizes and Raffle Basket Helpers Vendor Hall Floater Host a Pre-Conference Teacher at an evening meal (Wednesday and Thursday) Greet and Help Arriving Teachers at hotel (Wednesday and Thursday) Help Departing Teachers at hotel (Sunday)

I will serve as a CLASS ANGEL for my scheduled class I would be willing to accept more than one volunteer assignments (Some examples: Class Angel and Exhibit Sitting, Door Greeter and Class Angel, Registration Table and Meal Host) I would be willing to help in the evening hours, from 8 to 10 pm, in the Vendors’ Hall (Friday) or Exhibit Sitting (Saturday) .

In early May, the Volunteer coordinators will make assignments based on people’s class schedule availability. Volunteer Coordinators will be contacting you via email about your shift/s. We will do everything we can to give you your preference/s. You will also receive a sheet in your registration packet reminding you of your volunteer choices. We will make every effort to honor your preferences. Thank You! We couldn’t do this without you.
