For a Beautiful Hill Country Retreat!

  • Art Camp is a gathering of Texas weavers in the even numbered years between Contemporary Handweavers of Texas conferences.
  • Why wait two years to be with your weaving and fiber friends? CHT Art Camp is a a smaller, more low key retreat for kindred spirits — weavers, spinners, basket makers and more — to get together for fun, fellowship and creating.
  • Please join us as we gather again in 2024 for fibers, fun and relaxation in the beautiful Texas Hill Country.

Join us for Art Camp, March 22-25, 2024. Registration  opens Dec 4th at 10am. Registration after Feb 9, 2024 will incur a $100 late fee. Last day to register is Feb 20, 2024.

Art Camp 2024 Registration

Workshop Preference - rank from the following choices 1st through 4th as listed by instructor name below:
Triaxial weaving — Deborah Harrison
Tapestry techniques — Sherri Coffey
Making Temari balls — Laurie Kern
Independent Study
Workshops have limited class sizes. Art Camp registers members into classes in order of receipt of your registration and your ranking of classes. There is no guarantee you will receive your 1st choice.
Cost and Lodging

Choose a double bedroom with a roommate, or a single bedroom with NO roommate. With either choice, the second bedroom of your condo will have one or two people in residence.
Please confirm that your roommate is also listing you on their registration.
Condo Mates

Unless indicated, the second bedroom will be randomly assigned to one or two other attendees by the facility staff. Otherwise you can list names below. If you don't know, you may notify Art Camp when you have names, .
ADA Compliant Room

Only two ADA compliant bedrooms are available.
Volunteer

Volunteer to help with tasks, such as class angel, welcome table, photography, assist instructor with unloading or loading, or other.
Payment

Late Registration: A fee of $100 will be added for registrations received after February 9, 2024. Since we release our block of rooms on February 9, 2024, we may not be able to accommodate you after that date. Cancellation refund 2/9/24 – 3/14/24: 50% minus $30 cancellation fee. No refunds after March 14, 2024
